香料烟叶片主要外观性状与化学成分关系的研究

【摘要】 研究 Samsun品种颜色、光泽、叶面积和叶质重等 4个外观性状与化学成分的关系 ,结果表明 ,颜色和叶面积与化学成分的关系较为密切 ,控制颜色深化和减小叶面积能明显提高糖含量 ,并可降低总氮和蛋白质含量 ,利于改善烟叶质量 ;叶面积减小也会使烟碱含量降低。在皖南生态条件下 ,Samsun栽植密度以 1 8万株 /hm2比较合适 ,成熟采收时 ,除顶部叶可晾 1~ 2 d后再行晒制外 ,其他部位烟叶都可采后就晒

【Abstract】 The study of the relationship between main appearance characters of leaf and chemical compositons in tobacco cultivate Samsun showed that the curing color and leaf area were closly related to chemical compositions,suggesting that controlling curing color and decreasing the leaf area would increase the content of sugar obviously,decrease the content of total nitrogen and protein,contribute to improving the leaf quality of aromatic tobacco and decrease the content of nicotine.Furthermore,the effects of transplanting density and air curing time on the appearance characters and chemical compositions were studied,which showed that under ecological condition in southern Anhui,the suitable transplanting density was 180 000 plants/hm 2,and the suitable curing method was sun curing,but top leaf needed 1~2 days for air curing before sun curing.
