水稻纹枯病菌核的浮沉特性与超微结构的关系研究
Relationship between Floation and Sink of Sclerotia of Rice Sheath Blight Fungus and Their Ultramicro Structure
【摘要】 研究水稻纹枯病菌核的浮沉现象与超微结构的关系及不同生态条件下的菌核结构的差异性。结果表明,菌核具有浮水性、沉水性和转变性等特点,电镜扫描显示菌核的浮沉特性与菌核内外层组织解剖结构有密切关系。外层空细胞腔的厚薄决定了菌核的浮沉。浮核外层较厚,沉核外层较薄。用化学药剂处理可使菌核浮或沉,甚至多次反复转变。此外,不同生态条件下形成的菌核其形态结构存在明显差异。
【Abstract】 The feature of floation and sink,and ultramicro structure of sclerotia of rice sheath blight fungus,and structure difference of sclerotia formed under different ecological conditions were studied in this paper.The result showed that overwintered sclerotia had three important characteristics:floation,sink and variation.Scanning electron micrographs of transections of sclerotia showed the sclerotia’s floating and sinking was closely related to their outer or inside anatomatic structure,and the floating sclerotia had high proportions of “empty” cells in their outer layer,while the sunk sclerotia had a narrower outer layer.Chemicals treatment could change the feuture of floating and sinking of sclerotia.In addition,the sclerotia formed under different ecological conditions had significant difference in their outward apperance.
