镍(Ⅱ)-锌试剂-聚乙二醇-硫酸铵体系光度法测定微量镍
The Spectropholometric Determination of Micro Nickel(II) in the system of Nickel (II) —Zinc Reagent—Polyethyleneglycol—Ammonium Sulfate
【摘要】 研究了在PH为 5 5~ 9 5的缓冲溶液中用聚乙二醇萃取分离镍 (Ⅱ ) -锌试剂络合物的最佳条件 ,提出了新的测定微量镍的非有机溶剂萃取光度法 .该方法简单、快速 ,λmax =670nm ,ε6 70 =3 74 × 10 4L·mol-1 ·cm-1 ,对 10 μgNi(Ⅱ )测定的相对标准偏差为 0 7% (n =5)
【Abstract】 The best condition has been studied to separate nickel(II)——Zinc reagent complex by polythyleneglycol extraction in the buffer solution whose PH is in the range of 5.5~9.5; the new unorganic solvent extraction spectropholometer for determination of micro nickel has been established. The method is simple and quick, the maximum absorption is at 670nm, the absorption coefficient at 670nm is 3.74×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 , the relative normal deviation is 0.7% by five times determination of 10 gμnickel (II).
