【摘要】 对高等师范院校学生进行教师职业技能训练 ,是师范院校培养合格教师过程中十分重要的一个环节。通过问卷调查的方式 ,来自中学教学一线的信息显示 ,师范院校在学生教师职业技能培养中应注意以下三方面问题 :第一 ,师范院校对学生教师职业技能培养必要性、重要性的认识有待进一步提高 ;第二 ,师范院校应加大学生教师职业技能培养的研究力度 ;第三 ,师范院校应加强学生教师职业技能训练的实践环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the fostering of students abilities is very important in teacher training at colleges and universities, we seek,by questionnaire,for some information concerning the professional abilities of teachers from cocal schools.This will present us with good feed-back for teacher training in the following three aspects:more attention should be given to teachers training in local schools and universities;further studies have to be made in colleges and universities;more practice is required for the students.更多还原
