【Abstract】 It is difficult to determine the quality and to estimate the valence range of crude sodium heparin by observing its color, appearance and hardness. However, through measuring the absorption of its solution at 260 and 280nm, and determining its turbidity and precipitate of protein ofter adding trichloroacetic acid, the above problems could be solved. It was found that the valence of crude sodium heparin was inversely proportional to the absorption of its solution at 260 and 280nm. The similar relationship between the valence and the turbidity was found. Six grades of crade sodium heparin could be estimated according to the absorption at 280 and the turbidity of its solution.更多还原
