【Abstract】 Objective: The current study was designed to investigate the effect of apoptosis of HL 60 cells induced by tripterygium glycosides. Methods: Following treatment with tripterygium glycosides,cell apoptosis was determined by checking the morphology of the cells, agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA fragmentation and quantitation of apoptotic cells by using of flow cytometric analysis.
