【摘要】 目的：探讨内镜微波技术治疗鼻咽癌鼻咽腔内复发的疗效和实用价值。方法：在鼻咽内窥镜引导下，先将鼻咽局部肿瘤尽量摘除，再引入微波手术器，将微波针状辐射天线插入肿瘤组织四周，连同其周围部分正常组织进行凝固治疗。结果：本组复发癌27例，除4例于3年内肿瘤再复发外，其余23例均临床治愈。生存5、4、3、2、1年分别为2、2、6、6、7例。结论：本疗法适应证与鼻咽肿瘤切除术相同，但操作简便易行，疗效较理想，可视为一种非开放性手术疗法，其在复发鼻咽癌治疗上，具有一定的可行性及临床应用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The aim of this study is to explore clinical effect and value of the treatment with endoscopic microwave tissue coagulation for local relapse of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Method: First of all, local tumor of nasopharynx will be excised under the direction of nasopharyngeal endoscopic, then after, coagulation therapy was applied for tumor and the surround tissue by introduction of microwave irradiation antenna. Results: Local relapse of nasopheqngeal carcinoma were treated by endoscopic microwave technique and followed up from Aug 1994 to Dec 1998, for 27 cases in which 23 cases were cured and 4 cases were recurrence again within 3 years. Conclusion: Indication of the therapy is similar to tumor resection of nasopharynx but more convenient and with better results. It has more possibility and significant on clinic since it is a non-opening operation for the treatment of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma.更多还原
