【摘要】 目的 :p2 7基因是一种肿瘤抑制基因。它在人类一些恶性肿瘤的表达水平与预后呈正相关。本研究探讨其在乳腺癌中的表达水平与预后的关系。方法 :用免疫组化检测 p2 7蛋白在 6 6例乳腺癌中的表达水平 ,然后用 χ2 检验其与临床病理学特征的关系 ,Logrank检验 p2 7的表达与生存时间的关系 ,Cox回归模型作单因素和多因素预后分析。结果 :p2 7在乳腺癌中的高表达率为 5 3 0 3% (35 / 6 6 ) ;低表达率为 46 97% (31/ 6 6 )。p2 7低表达与乳腺癌分期晚 ,易发生淋巴结转移、局部复发和远处转移显著相关 ,Logrank检验发现 p2 7蛋白的表达与乳腺癌患者的生存期呈正相关 ,Cox模型则显示 p2 7是乳腺癌的一个独立的预后标志物。 结论 :p2 7低表达与乳腺癌分期晚 ,易发生淋巴结转移、局部复发、远处转移、以及预后差、生存期短显著相关 ,p2 7高表达则相反。我们认为p2 7蛋白是乳腺癌的一个独立的预后标志物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The relationship between the expression of p27 tumor suppressor gene and prognosis of breast cancer was studiedMethod:The expression of p27 in 66 breast cancer specimens was detected by immunohistochemical methodThe relationship between p27 expression and clinicopathologicalcharacteristics or survival time was analyzed by χ2 test or log rank test, respectively, while univariate and multivariate prognostic analyses were performed by using Coxs regression modelResults:The high p27 expressive rate in breast cancer was 5303%(35/66),while low expressive rate was 4697%(31/66)Low p27 expression in breast cancer was significantly associated with late TNM stage, high incidence of lymph node metastasis,local recurrence and distant metastasisLog rank test showed that the p27 expression was positively correlated with survival time and Coxs regression indicated that p27 was an independent prognostic marker of breast cancerConclusion:Low p27 expression in breast cancer was significantly associated with late TNM stage,high incidence of lymph nodemetastasis, local recurrence,distant metastasis,poor prognosis and, short survival timep27 is an independent and valid prognostic marker of breast cancer更多还原
