银杏叶提取物对老年糖耐量减退高胰岛素血症及血糖代谢的影响
EFFECT OF GINKGO BILOBA EXTRACT ON HYPERINSULINISM AND GLUCOSE METABOLISM IN THE AGED WITH IMPAIRED GLUCOSE TOLERANCE
【摘要】 目的 :研究银杏叶提取物对老年糖耐量减退 (IGT)血中胰岛素及血糖代谢的影响 ,探讨银杏叶提取物对胰岛素抵抗的改善作用及机制。方法 :应用银杏叶提取物———金钠多静脉滴注2 8d ,每日 1次 ,治疗前后分别检测血胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)、极低密度脂蛋白 (VLDL)及 75g葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT)各点的血糖及胰岛素水平。结果 :68例经治疗后 ,空腹、餐后 60min、餐后12 0min各点的血糖及胰岛素水平均明显下降 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) ,TG及VLDL亦明显下降 (P<0 .0 5) ,多元逐步回归分析 ,TG及VLDL与OGTT各点的血糖及胰岛素水平明显相关。结论 :银杏叶提取物可以通过调节血脂水平 (尤其是TG、VLDL水平 ) ,改善老年IGT的血糖代谢及高胰岛素血症。通过降低血脂水平 (尤其是游离脂肪酸 )是改善老年IGT的途径之一。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on serum insulin and glucose metabolism in the aged with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) and discuss the role and mechanism of Ginkgo biloba extract in ameliorating insulin resistance.Method:Ginkgo biloba extract——Ginaton was given via vein one time per day for 28 days.TC,TG,VLDL,serum glucose and insulin of individual spots in 75g oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)were measured before and after treatment respectively.Result:The level of serum glucose and insulin of the individual spots such as fasting,postprandial 1 hour and postprandial 2 hours all descended significantly in 68 treated cases(P<0.05).The level of TG and VLDL also descended significantly in those cases(P<0.05).Multivariate regressive analysis showed that TG and VLDL were significantly relative with serum glucose and insulin of the individual spots in OGTT.Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba extract can ameliorate glucose metabolism and hyperinsulinism of the aged with IGT by adjusting the level serum lipid(especial TG and VLDL).Debasing the level of lipid(especial free fatty acids) is a way for ameliorating IGT of the aged.
