食(饮)具洗消剂烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)残留量调查

【摘要】 为了解我省食 (饮 )具洗消剂烷基苯磺酸钠 (ABS)残留的基本情况 ,为餐饮业经常性监督监测工作提供科学依据 ,我们抽取了 6个市 ,31家餐饮业 ,对其洗消剂的使用情况 ,消毒方式进行了现场调查及采样分析。抽取餐饮具 6个品种 ,534份样品 ,进行了烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)的检测 ,结果显示 1 4家 (45 .1 6 % )餐饮业 ,37份 (6 .93 % )被抽检的样品烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)残留量超过国家标准。其中筷子的合格率最低 (58.0 % ) ,占超标总数的 94.5 %。

【Abstract】 In order to know essential condition of the residue of ABS dish-wash detergent on tableware and provide scientific proof for routine supervise works, we conducted a survey to analyze residue of ABS dish-wash detergent. We collected 534 samples belong to 6 varieties from 31 restaurants in 6 cities. The results showed that ABS residue of 37 samples in 14 restaurants exceeded national criterion. Qualified rate of chopsticks was the lowest (58%). 35 samples were not up to standard, accounted for 94.5% of all unqualified samples. The research strongly suggested that supervise works on ABS residue on tableware in whole province should be enhanced urgently.
