血清不同稀释度检测慢性乙型肝炎血清HBeAg和HBsAg的研究
Study on HBsAg and HbeAg Detection of Chronic Hepatitis B Cases by Serum Dilution
【摘要】 目的 :为观察慢性乙型肝炎患者HBeAg和HBsAgS/N测定值在原血清与稀释血清所占的比例 ;如何使双份血清S/N测定值具有可比性 ;HBeAg、HBsAg滴度与转阴的关系。方法 :将慢性乙型肝炎患者血清从 1 0 0 — 1 0 - 5稀释检测HBeAg ;从 1 0 0 — 1 0 - 9稀释检测HBsAg。双份血清对比在同等条件下检测。结果 :HBeAgS/N值在 1 0 0 者占 4 .1 % ,在 1 0 - 1 — 1 0 - 5者占95 .9% ;HBsAgS/N值在 1 0 0 占 1 3 .4% ,在 1 0 - 1 — 1 0 - 9者占 86 .6 %。 2 8份血清HBeAgS/N值在 1 0 0 者转阴率为 85 .7% ;72份血清S/N值在 1 0 - 1 — 1 0 - 5者转阴率为 5 .6 % ,P <0 .0 0 5。31份血清HBsAgS/N值在 1 0 0 者转阴率为 38.7% ,86份血清HBsAgS/N值在 1 0 - 1 — 1 0 - 9者转阴率为零 (P <0 .0 0 5)。结论 :原血清检测HBeAg、HBsAgS/N值只表示有无感染 ,不能衡量患者血清内病毒抗原量的多少 ;HBeAg、HBsAgS/N值在 1 0 0 者转阴率明显高于 1 0 - 1 以上者 ;双份血清在同等条件下的不同滴度S/N值对比是考核HBeAg、HBsAg量变的较理想的指标
【Abstract】 Objective: In order to observe HBsAg and HBeAg S/N determination value in original and diluted serum of chronic hepatitis B cases, how to make HBsAg and HBeAg S/N of double sera comparable and to understand the relationship of HBsAg and HBeAg titer with its negative change. Method: HBeAg in different serum dilutions (10 0-10 -5 ) and HBsAg in different serum dilutions (10 0-10 -9 ) were detected. All detections of double sera were conducted under the same condition. Results: HBsAg S/N determination value was 4.1% in 10 0 and 95.5% in 10 -1 -10 -5 . HBsAg S/N determination value was 16.4% in 10 0 and 83.6% in 10 -1 -10 -9 . HBeAg S/N value of 85.7% (24/28) sera was changed to negative in 10 0 and that of 5.6% (4/72) sera was changed to negative in 10 -1 -10 -5 . There was a significant difference of HBeAg S/N value between in 10 0 and in 10 -1 -10 -5 ( p<0.005). HBsAg S/N value of 38.7% (12/31) sera in 10 0 was changed to negative and none of 86 sera HBsAg S/N value in 10 -1 -10 -9 was changed to negative. There was also a significant difference of HBsAg S/N value between in 100 and in 10 -1 -10 -9 (p<0.005). Conclusion: HBsAg and HBeAg S/N value in original serum only indicates infection situation. It cannot measure quantity of HBV antigen in the serum. Negative rate of HBsAg and HBeAg S/N value in100 was higher than that in ≥10 -1 remarkably. HBsAg and HBeAg S/N value of double sera in different dilutions is a ideal index to examine HBsAg and HBeAg quantity.
