【Abstract】 The mitochondiral 12S rRNA genes of 5 individuals of Gekko gecko were sequenced. The results show that there are 2 haplotypes on the fragment. Connecting with the small differences among the karyotypes, the sequence diversity between the two haplotypes of G. gecko may reach or not subspecies grade, new proofs should be found out further.更多还原
