【Abstract】 In the non-paraxial, observation surface of the Fraunhofer diffraction is a hemishere. The diffraction pattern in the plane is projection of the diffraction pattern on the hemishere. The diffraction pattern of one-dimensional Rich grating in the plane wave inclination incidence is discussed. The experimentel results agree with the theoretical analysis.更多还原
