【Abstract】 The assets in university are purchased by the function section,by the sections that use assets,or by entrusting the others or by network. Each pattern has its own characters,while sometimes flaws may appear. At present,our university purchase the small-scaled equipment in the neighborhood,purchase the specialized equipment by entrusting the user different conditions.
