【Abstract】 The key to the improvement of the quality of courseware is the effective use of every sort of media source. Text is the most primary component of multimedia courseware for its important role in explicating concepts and expressing ideas. But compared with sound, animation, video and graphic media, text is limited in its expressiveness and influence. So it is often ignored in design. This paper starts with a discussion of text and multimedia courseware, followed by design of text in multimedia courseware from technical and artistic angles, bringing up the principles of text design in the end.更多还原
