【Abstract】 In the paper, the current progress in the resistance of transgenic cotton to cotton boll worm(Helicoverpa armigera Hubner) and its variation with the differences of cotton structure and the development of cotton growth stages was reviewed. The toxicology to cotton boll worm of the insecticidal proteins expressing in Bt trangsgenic cotton and its physiological effects , the determination methods of the insecticidal proteins expressing in transgenic cottons, the dynamic expression of the pest resistance and the influence of fertilizer, temperature and soil moisture were discussed. Some new points to be probed were proposed.更多还原
