【Abstract】 ： After the adaption of criminal procedure law,the rights,especually the rights of defence, of criminal suspect and the accused is further strengthened and protected. This proves to be a turning point for lawyer’s defending business. Most noticeably, the establishment of adversavy model provides ample space for lawyers to exhibit their talents. But in practice,the difficulties arising in lawyers’legal practice seriousty weaken lawyers’ defending function.
