【摘要】 介绍了单工序模、级进模和复合模的生产特点 ,说明级进模适合于生产尺寸较小、形状复杂、内外形尺寸相差很小且具有较高精度要求的冲压件的生产 通过对接线片的形状、尺寸及精度的分析 ,说明对接线片使用级进模 ,在提高生产率、降低产品成本、提高产品质量和实现冲压自动化等方面的现实意义 同时介绍了接线片的排样 ,接线片级进模的结构与工作原理

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the creative characteristics of single mould successive mould and compound mould,Successive mould is fit for manufacturing workpiece with smaller size, more complicated shape, very close between distance internal and outer.. By analysing the shape ,size and precision of lug ,the benefits of the application of the successive die are seen in improving productivity and quality, reducing costs and realizing the punching automation. Tthe layout of lug and the structure and principle of the successive mould.
