微电机转子冲片高速级进模废料上行成因及对策
Causes and solutions to black scrap going-up of micro-motor rotor in high-speed die
【摘要】 废料上行是高速级进模冲压中的常见现象 ,结合实际分析了废料的上行力主要来源于废料与模具间因真空吸附、润滑油造成的吸附 ,冲孔废料之间的空气压力及长期高速工作时 ,凸模刃口、端面产生磁性等方面 同时也分析了抑制废料上行的抑止力主要来源于废料与凹模刃口模壁的摩擦力 ,废料自身重量 ,以及凹模刃口因磨损而造成倒锥形等方面 ,提出只要使废料上行的抑止力大于废料的上行力就能克服这种现象 据此从模具设计、维修两方面提出了相应的解决废料上行的具体措施
【Abstract】 Black scrap upgoing is a common phenommenon in the use of high-speed die. The upgoing force comes manly from the absorption between scrap and up-die and the absorption caused by lubricating oil, the air pressure between scraps, and the magnetism from up-die knife-edge and endface, etc. In the meantime, the restraining force comes from the friction between scrap and concavedie wall, the weight of scrap, the upend taper made by fret of concavedie and so on. Only if the force is bigger than the upgoing force, the phenommeaon can be solved well. Solutions to the problem of balck scrap upgoing from die-designing and die-maintaining were provided.
