用铁砂(磁铁矿)尾矿研制的复合电波吸收材料特性研究
Research on the Properties of Composite EM Wave Absorption Materials Made by Iron-Sand (Magnetite) Tailings
【摘要】 用铁砂 (磁铁矿 )尾矿为原料可制备性能优良的吸收材料。在 8~ 1 2GHz,其吸收量达 1 8dB ,匹配厚度 0 .58mm ,1 0dB带宽 2 .5GHz,铁砂尾矿经相变热处理后吸收量可提高到2 8.4dB ,用尖晶石型铁氧体吸收材料代替部分尾矿可使吸收峰位置移向高频区 ;过渡族金属离子的加入使吸收量和带宽有较大的增加 ,A =2 9dB ,1 0dB带宽 3.5GHz;不同电性介质加入 ,也能改善其吸收特性 ,差异较大。
【Abstract】 We can make superior absorption materials by using iron-sand ( magnetite ore ) tailings . In the range of 8~12 GHz , the absorption quantity is 18 dB , matching thickness is 0.58 mm , 10dB bandwidth is 2.5 GHz . The absorption quantity increases to 28.4 dB when the material is phase-transition by thermal treated . Replacing a part of iron-sand tailings with spinel-ferrite , the absorption peaks move to high frequency ; Absorption quantity and bandwidth are greatly increased when adding to it with transition metallic ions , A=19 dB , 10dB bandwidth is 3.5 GHz ; adding mediums with different electric characteristics can also improve its absorption properties , then the results distinguish greatly.
