【Abstract】 This paper discusses the ethical trend of American corporate marketing management, and sums up its successful methods and experience, by analysing the specific practice of business ethics in America. Then combining current situation of business ethics construction in China, this paper tries to probe into the necessities and detailed contents of business ethics established by Chinese enterprises at present.更多还原
