谢尔本脱收台塑料梳齿板性能分析
THE PROPERTY ANALYSIS OF PLASTICS STRIPPING COMB OF SHELBOURNE STRIPPER HEADER
【摘要】 利用红外光谱仪及电子衍射能谱仪对谢尔本脱收台梳齿板塑料的化学成分进行了分析,并对该塑料的拉伸强度、硬度及不同条件下的耐磨性进行了测试,对拉伸断面和磨损表面进行了扫描电镜观察和分析。结果表明,梳齿板塑料主要由碳和氢两种元素组成,该塑料具有良好的断裂韧性,其断裂伸长率较大,并且具有非常好的耐磨性,在与45~#钢轮对磨时几乎不发生磨损,但SiC磨粒能使其磨损,且随着磨粒粒径的增大,磨损现象加重。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the chemical composition of plastics stripping comb of Shelboume stripper header is analyzed with infrared ray spectrum and electronic diffraction spectrum. The tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance of the comb under different conditions are tested, the tensile fracture surfaces and frictional surfaces of the plastics are examined by using a scanning electronic microscopy. The results show that the plastics is mainly composed of C and H elements, and it has excellent fracture toughness and wear resistance. When it does friction with 45# steel, it wears hardly. But when SiC particles are added on the friction surface, it wear? more. And the wear mass loss increases with the particle dimeasions increasing.
