PET/GF阻燃耐电弧复合材料的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF ARC-RESISTANT AND FLAME-RETARDANT PET/GF COMPOSITES
【摘要】 制备了PET/GF阻燃性耐电弧复合材料。发现玻纤和溴-锑阻燃剂会降低PET复合材料的耐电弧性,但选择合适的增容剂可以提高阻燃剂粒子在PET树脂中的分散均匀性,提高了阻燃剂的作用效率,从而减小了阻燃剂的用量,使阻燃剂对材料耐电弧性的负面影响减小到最小。另外改变加工工艺或添加滑石粉也可提高材料的耐电弧性。
【Abstract】 PET/GF composites with good arc resistance and flame retardance are prepared. The compatilizers are effective to uniformly distribute the Br-Sb based flame retardant particles in the PET/GF composites and increase the efficiency of flame retardant. Lower flame retardant is needed for the necessary flame retardance, as a result a higher arc resistance is obtained. The improved injection mold technology and talc filler are of help to increase die arc resistance of the composites.
