TiAlSn合金ISM熔炼过程中氮元素的熔解与控制
Nitrogen Solubility and Its Control in TiAlSn Melt During ISM Process
【摘要】 建立了氮元素溶解到TiAlSn合金中的热力学模型,并以此计算了氮在TiAlSn合金熔体中的溶解度;分析了ISM(感应凝壳熔炼)熔炼过程中影响氮元素在TiAlSn合金中溶解度的几个因素。结果表明,熔化室内氮气分压是决定TiAlSn合金氮元素含量的主要因素,需要合理控制。熔体温度对TiAlSn合金中氮的溶解度也有较大影响,并提出了利用多次抽真空反充氩气以降低熔化室内氮气分压的新方法
【Abstract】 Abstract A thermodynamic model on the solubilizing of a nitrogen into TiAlSn melt has been established,based on this,nitrogen solubility in the alloy was calculated and some factors influenced nitrogen solubility in TiAlSn melt during ISM process were also analyzed.The results revealed that the nitrogen partial pressure in melting chamber and the melt temperature produce the decisive effect on the nitrogen solubility in TiAlSn melt,a method for decreasing nitrogen partial pressure in melting chamber using multiple vacuumizing and Arfilling is proposed.
