【摘要】 对１５２例无晶体眼硅油填充术后出现硅油入前房的原因进行统计学分析并提出了处理意见。方法：１９９３年９月至１９９６年３月我院进行的１５２只无晶体眼硅油填充术后，随诊至少半年或至硅油取出，详细记录眼压、虹膜和下方周边虹膜切除情况、硅油位置以及视网膜情况。用卡方检验对相关因素进行统计学分析。结果：１５２只无晶体硅油填充术眼中有２１只眼硅油前移入前房（１３．８％），由于ＩＰＩ关闭所致者１４只眼（占６６．７％），眼压低者３只眼，无虹膜者３只眼。一旦发生ＩＰＩ关闭，７３．７％（１４／１９）发生硅油前移，而ＩＰＩ保持通畅者硅油前移的发生率很低（３．１％）。结论：ＩＰＩ关闭是无晶体眼硅油填充术后硅油前移的主要原因，因此保持ＩＰＩ的通畅至关重要更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:152 aphakic eyes underwent silicone oil surgery were analyzed to find the factors related to the forward migration of silicone oil.Methods:Between Sep.1993 and March 1996,the charts of 152 patients with aphakic eye underwent silicone oil surgery were reviewed.Follow up duration was at least six months or until the silicone oil was removed.The intraocular pressure,iris status(including IPI).oil position and retinal status were recorded in detail.Results:Migration of silicone oil into the anterior chamber occurred in 21(13 8%)of 152 aphakic eyes.IPI closure was the main factor(66 7%).Once IPI was closed,forward oil migration occurred in 73 7% of eyes.Conversely,the rate of forward oil migration was very low in the eyes with patent IPIs.Conclusions:Postoperative IPI closure was the main factor causing forward oil migration in the aphakic eyes treated with silicone oil injection.更多还原
