【摘要】 目的:评价高度近视白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术的临床疗效。方法:对眼轴>26mm的84例(112只眼)高度近视并发白内障患者,其中级核4只眼,级核81只眼,级核18只眼,级核9只眼,施行超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术。结果:术后1个月裸眼视力≥0.5者57只眼(50.89%);矫正视力≥0.5者74只眼(66.07%)。并发症主要包括后囊膜破裂4只眼(3.58%),角膜水肿6只眼(5.36%),视网膜脱离2只眼(1.79%),后囊膜不同程度混浊5只眼(4.46%)。结论:超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术适合于高度近视并发白内障的患者。但对棕色或黑色的级核应慎重考虑其术式,以减少术中并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation for cataract with high myopia.Methods:Phacoemulsification with IOL implantation was done on 84 cases(112 eyes)suffered from complicated cataract and high myopia with long axial length(>26 00mm).The nucleus hardness was Grade Ⅱ in 4 eyes,Grade Ⅲ in 81 eyes,Grade Ⅳ in 18 eyes,Grade Ⅴ in 9 eyes.Results:At one month after operation 57 eyes(50 89%)attained visual acuity of 0 5 or better,74 eyes(66 07%)attained corrected visual acuity of 0 5 or better.Complications included posterior capsular rupture in 4 eyes(3 58%),comeal edema in 6 eyes(5 36%),retinal datachment in 2 eyes(1 79%)and posterior capsular opacity in 5 eyes(4 46%).Conclusion:Phacoemusification with IOL implantation is suitable for the patients with complicated cataract and high myopia.The operative methods should be chosen carefully for cataract of Grade Ⅴ nucleus in order to reduce the intraoperative complication.更多还原
