【摘要】 总结１５０例心脏原发肿瘤诊断和治疗经验。方法通过病史、体征、Ｘ线、心电图和超声心动图进行诊断，１４８例手术治疗，１４５例用低温体外循环方法，同期４例行二尖瓣置换，１例行肺动脉瓣置换，２例３个肢体经股动脉取瘤栓。结果２例等待手术时死亡，１４８例手术病人中１０例死亡（１９９３年后６０例无死亡），经手术切除者１３７例得到治愈。结论超声心动图是检出心腔内心脏肿瘤最有效方法，心腔外心脏肿瘤主要靠Ｘ线或ＣＴ检查，一旦确定诊断应尽早手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Sum up the experiences in diagnosis and treatment of primary cardiac neoplasm in 150 cases.Methods:Made the affirmative diagnosis through comprehensive data of history,Signs and auxilliary examination including chest X ray,electrocardiogram and ecocardiography.Nearly all of the patients accepted surgical procedures.Results:2 patients were dead preoperatively,8 patients of 148 ones undergone surgical treatment were dead,137 patients were cured completely.Conclusion:Ecocardiography is one of the most effective methods through which the neoplasm in cardiac cavity is detected out,while inspection of the neoplasm out of cardiac cavity mainly depends on chest X ray and CT Scan.Once the diagnosis is confirmed,the patients should accept surgical treatment as soon as possible.更多还原
