【Abstract】 The paper introduces a software system, which developed for formulating questions for various tests or examinations objectively and rationally.Above the softwere system, it is not diffcult to design various warhouses of test question for various subjects by oxqanising data reasonably, using some stochastic organising tactics. The design bases on the bank of test questions, the bank of endrination paper templetes, and the bank of exdrination points.
