非对称交叉轧制能耗特性分析
Analysis of the energy consumption of non-pair cross rolling
【摘要】 对非对称交叉轧制与常规轧制所需驱动力矩进行了理论分析,将两者所具有的能耗特性进行了比较,并通过实验进行了验证,得出在相同轧制条件下,非对称交叉轧制能耗较常规轧制能耗小,并随交叉角增大而减小。
【Abstract】 The driving torque of non-pair cross rolling and pair rolling are analyzed. At the same condition, the former energy consumption is less than latter compared by theoretical calculation, and it decrease as cross angle augmenting. Mean while, the experiment has been proved these resultS by authors.
