【Abstract】 Knowledge economy, a new economic pattern is approaching and will exert considerable influence on the economic development of Henan province. This paper, in view of the tendency of the economic development of Henan, discusses the connotation of knowledge economy and its deduction process and analyses its possible influences on the economic development of Henan.
