硫代巴比妥酸分光光度法同时测定戊二醛与乙醛
Spectrophotometric Simultaneous Determination of Glutaraldehyde and Ethanal with Thiobarbituric Acid
【摘要】 在醋酸介质中,硫代巴比妥酸与戊二醛及乙醛分别可生成2∶1及1∶1的缩合产物,这两种缩合产物在可见光区具有不同波长的最大吸收,籍此可同时测定戊二醛及乙醛.测定的线性范围分别为2~30μg/mL,2~25μg/mL,检出限分别为0.016μg/mL,0.19μg/mL.具有灵敏度高、操作简便、结果的准确度较好等特点
【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric simultaneous determination of glutaraldehyde and ethanal based on the reaction between gluaradehyde or ethanal and thiobarbituric acid in acetic acid solution is described. The absorbance is measured at 524nm and 457nm. The linear range of the determination is in 2~30μg/mL and 2~25μg/mL for glutaraldehyde and ethanal respectively. The detection limits of glutaraldehyde and ethanal are 0.016μg/mL and 0.19μg/mL respectively. This method for determination of glutaraldehyde and ethanal is proved to be simple, rapid and accurate. It is used for determination of glutaraldehyde and ethanal in some mixing solutions successfully.
