【Abstract】 The uniqueness problem of the weak solutions of the time dependent drift diffusion model for semiconductor equation with avalanche term is considered. By using the construction condition of the equations and the qualitative of the solutions, through establishing the priori estimates for the solutions and using the inequality of Gronwall, the proof of uniqueness of the weak solutions is given out.更多还原
