【Abstract】 The FB-2-8 anaerobe was used as biodetoxin of cotton seed protein in the 10 percent inoculum at 54℃±1℃ and in 48 h.The experiment showed that the total gossypol was detoxicated 80～90 percent,the free gossypol was minimal 0 01 percent.The content of the protein and the form of amino acid was not changed.更多还原
