【Abstract】 The antioxygenic activity of quercetin,Hippophae flavonoid,Ginkgo flavonoid,and BHT on Hippophae oil was compared at given concentrations of 0.02%,it has been shown that the antioxidant efficiency of these four antioxyizers increases in the order hippophae flavonoid<ginkgo flavonoid<BHT<quercetin.It is suggested that BHT be substituted for hippophae flavonoid or ginkgo flavonoid as an antioxidant for hippophae oil.更多还原
