【摘要】 采用单矩形针闭合内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折１５０ 例，根据胫骨的特点，利用针的宽度与髓腔直径一致，针尖、弓、尾构成的三点固定原理，有效地控制骨断端移位成角，保持相对稳定。通过５个月～３ 年随访，近期优良率９５．３％ ，远期治愈好转率达９８％ 。认为单矩形针闭合内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折，具有操作简便、作用直接、固定牢固、稳定性好、创伤小、安全可靠更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred and fifty cases of tibiofibular fracture were treated by single rectangle nail closed internal fixation. The follow up of 5-36 months showed 95.3 % of short term excellent good rate and 98 % of long term cured or improved rate. It was considered that according to the tibial features, this method uses the fixing principle of the three points made up of the tip, arch and tail of the nail to effectively control the displacement and angulation of the fragments and to maintain the relative stability. When used to treat tibiofibular fracture, it has simple operation, direct action, rigid fixation, good stability, little injury, safety and reliability, and allowance to make early functional exercises and to benefit the fracture healing and the limb function recovery, being worth popularizing.更多还原
