【摘要】 目的:评价动态三维重建在心间隔缺损诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:应用三维重建技术研究20 例先天性房室间隔缺损患者。其中男10 例( 年龄12 ～45 岁) ,女10 例( 年龄12 ～56 岁) 。重建的房室间隔三维结果与手术及心血管造影对照。结果:12 例房间隔缺损;3 例无间隔缺损;5 例室间隔缺损。其中1 例假阳性,1 例假阴性。其诊断的敏感性93 .75 % ,特异性75 % .缺损的大小与手术结果呈正相关。结论:动态三维重建在房室间隔缺损定量诊断中具有较高的敏感性与特异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purrpose: To evaluate dynamic three dimensional reconstruction (3DR) in sonographic diagnosis of intracardiac septal defect (ISD).Materials and Methods:We studid 20 patients with congenital atrial and ventricular septal defect, including 10 males (age range from 12～45 years) and 10 female (age range from 12～56 years). The findings of 3DR were compared with that of surgery and cineangiography. Results:There were 12 patients with atrial septal defect,and 3 patients without septal defect 5 patients with ventricular septal defect Only one false positive and one false negative case was encountered in this study. The sensitivty and specificity in diagnosis of ISD were 93.75% and 75%, respectively. There was a positive correlation (r=0.8821) between the defect size revealed by 3DR and by.surgerys.Conclusion:this study showed that 3DR had high sensitivty and specificity in quantitative diagnosis of ISD.更多还原
