【摘要】 用急性缺氧与慢性缺氧两种动物模型，观察了３种剂量当归补血汤对缺氧小鼠红细胞膜流动性、红细胞变形性的影响，结果表明急性缺氧和慢性缺氧均可降低红细胞膜流动性与变形性，一定剂量的当归补血汤对急、慢性缺氧状态下红细胞功能的改变有改善作用更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is to study the effect of Danggui Buxue Tang (DGBXT) on erythrocyte function in hypoxia mice.Mice were divided to five groups:normal,hypoxia control,hypoxia+DGBXT(20g/kg,10g/kg or 5g/kg).Two kinds hypoxia model were used:acute hypoxia model and chronic hypoxia model.The mice were put into hermetically sealed chamber for 10 minutes or exposed to 10.5% O 2 for 8～10 days.Then erythrocyte membrane fluidity,erythrocyte deformability were tested.The results showed that DGBXT 5g/kg could increase the erythrocyte membrane fluidity both in acute and chronic hypoxia mice.It could increase erythrocyte deformability in acute hypoxia mice.DGBXT 10g/kg could increase erythrocyte membrane fluidity and erythrocyte deformability in acute hypoxia mice.DGBXT 20g/kg could make the erythrocyte membrane fluidity decrease in chronic hypoxia mice.更多还原
