【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the antineoplastic effect of Coix seed oil as health food, and study its mechanism preliminarily. Method: According to 《Procedures and methods of function evaluation for health food》, select the mice bearing transplanted cancer of S 180 sarcoma and HAC liver cancer as animal models. Results: The inhibitory rate of Coix seed oid 5.4g/kg to S 180 was both above 30% for twice, and of 1.8g/kg、5.4g/kg to HAC liver cancer was also above 30%. The Coix seed oil 1.8g/kg and 5.4g/kg could increase the phagocytic activities of peritoneal macrophanges to chicken RBC and the activities of NK cells of mice respectively. Conclusion: The Coix seed oil has a distinct antineoplastic effect on S 180 and HAC.更多还原
