【摘要】 目的:研究甘肃红毛五加总甙对急、慢性炎症性疼痛的镇痛作用。方法:采用大鼠甲醛溶液致炎、鹿角菜胶致炎及佐剂性关节炎三种炎症性疼痛模型进行实验。结果:红毛五加总甙200 ～800mg/kg ig 对急性( 甲醛溶液、鹿角菜胶致炎) 及慢性( 佐剂性关节炎) 的炎症性疼痛均有明显镇痛作用,峰值在给药后60 ～90 min ,持续120 min 。结论:红毛五加总甙对急、慢性炎症性疼痛具有显著镇痛作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To suty the analgesic effect of total glucoside of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms (TGA) on inflammatory pain. Methods: The analgesic effect of TGA was investigated with three inflammatory pain models inculding formaldehyde test, carrageenan induced inflammation and adjuvant induced arthritis in Wistar rats. Results: Results suggested that TGA 200～800mg/kg ig possess significant analgesic effect both on acute (formaldehyde and carrageenan induced inflammation) and chronic (adjuvant induced arthritis) inflammatory pain. The peak time was 1.0～1.5 hours after drug adminiistration. The analgesic of TGA lasted about two hours. Conclusion: The TGA has a significant analgesic effect on acute and chronic inflammatory pain.更多还原
