铜、铁元素和麝香对癌细胞增殖与动力学影响的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究元素铜、铁、麝香对癌细胞增 殖及细胞周期的影响。方法:荷腹水肝癌 B A L B/c 小鼠分别ig 铜、铁、麝香制剂12 天,取腹水 癌细胞进行细胞分裂指数和流式细胞光度计分析。结果:铜、铁、麝香对癌细胞均有不同程度的抑制作用, 使分裂 指数 下降, 中小 细胞( 10 ~25μm ) 明 显增 加而 大 细胞( > 25 μm ) 明 显 减少。铜、铁可使癌细胞主要阻滞在 G2 + M 期。麝香对细胞大小和 细胞周期 基本无 影响。结论: 铜、铁使 癌细胞 主要阻滞在对抗癌药敏感的 G2 + M 期。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of elements Cu,Fe and musk on the proliferation and cell cycle of the cancer cells.Method:BALB/c mice bearing ascites liver cancer were used.12 days after giving Cu,Fe and musk, the ascites cancer cells were taken and mitotic index and flow cytometric analysis were carried out.Result:It was proved that all of Cu,Fe and musk could inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells,especially Cu could reduce the mitotic index(16.2±5.3, control:57.2±8.7,P<0.001).The ratio of large and small cells was changed, among them,middle and small cells(10~25μm) significantly increased(P<0.01),but the large cancer cell decreased significantly (P<0.001).Cu,Fe affected the cell cycle of cancer cells,they blocked the cancer cells at the G2+M phases, but musk almost had no effect on the cell cycle.Conclusion:Cu and Fe could block the cancer cells at G2+M phases in which cancer cells was more sensitive to the anticancer drugs.The effects mechanism might be the inhibition of protein synthesis of microfilament and microtubule and the relief of electron transmit chain.
