【摘要】 目的观察国产乳酸环丙沙星腹腔灌注防治术后腹腔感染的疗效。方法用杂种犬48条，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组平均分为24条，行小肠切除，肠端端吻合术。术毕观察组单次采用国产环丙沙星注射液腹腔灌注，剂量为20mg／kg。对照组给予生理盐水10ml／kg。腹腔灌注。结果国产乳酸环丙沙星腹腔灌注对术后腹腔感染具有明显的防治作用，与对照组比较具有高度显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论国产乳酸环丙沙星腹腔灌注对术后腹腔感染具有较好的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapy effect in posioperative abdominal cavity infection with ciprofloxacin. Metheds Forty-eight dogs were divided into 2 groups. Group 1, injecting ciprofloxacin (20mg/kg) into abdominal cavity after abdominal operation in 24 dogs. Other were injected N. S (10ml/kg) as control. Results In group 1, the incidence of abdominal cavity infection were reduced (P<0.01 ). Conclusions Injecting Ciprofloxacin into abdominal cavity will prevent postoperative abdominal cavity infection.更多还原
