普鲁托品对豚鼠心房肌的影响
Effects of Protopine on physilogical characteristics of isolated guinea pig atria
【摘要】 目的观察普鲁托品对豚鼠离体心房生理特性的影响。方法利用豚鼠离体心房测定反映其特性的各项生理指标的变化。结果普鲁托品浓度依赖性地抑制心房的自律性和收缩力,加入普鲁托品50μmol/L后10min、20min和30min,左心房的功能性不应期从199.58±15.82ms分别延长至235.00±20.11ms、252.17±19.91ms和279.17±14.81ms,而加入同量的普鲁托品10min后对心房兴奋性无明显影响。该药50μmol/L还可以使肾上腺素诱发左心房节律的阈浓度由药前的10.00±5.16μmol/L增加到100μmol/L以上。结论普鲁托品具有降低自律性、抑制心房肌收缩力、延长功能性不应期,提高肾上腺素诱发心房自动节律的阈浓度的作用。这可能为普鲁托品抗心律失常的基础。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of protopine (Pro) on cardiac physiologicalcharactdristics, the isolated guinea pig atria were used. Methods The characteristics of effect of Prowere measured by using isoated guinea pig atria. Results Pro inhibited spontaneou heart rate andantractile force. After treatment of the left atria with 50μmol/L Pro for 10, 20 and 30 min, thefunctional refractory period (FRP)of preparation was proonged from 199. 50 ± 15. 82m to 235. 00 ±20. 11,252. 17 ± 19. 91, 279. 17 ± 4. 81ms, respectively, but the excitability was not affected by Pro.Pro(50μmol/L) increased the minimum dose of adrenaline for inducing automatic rhythm in left atriafrom 10. 0 ±5. 2μmol/L to more than 100mol/L. Condusions This may be the base of theantiarrhythmic effect of Pro.
