【摘要】 目的研究妊娠高血糖对胎鼠胰β细胞群的影响。方法本实验选用雌性Wistar大鼠，妊娠第1天腹腔注射四氧嘧啶，于妊娠第20天剖腹取胎胰，进行常现HE及免疫组织化学（PAP）染色，显示β细胞。并结合图象分析仪测量胰岛及β细胞群的直径。结果妊娠第20天，实验组胎鼠胰岛及β细胞群的直径明显较对照组小。结论妊娠高血糖可影响胎胰β细胞群的发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose is to investigate the change of pancreatic β-cell mass in fetuses ofdiabetic mother rats. Mehods The diabetic prenancy models were made in Wistar rats and the aninialswere killed on the 20-day of pregnancy. The β cell were showed by inimunohischemistry (PAP method)and the Medical Image Procaseing system was used to measre the diameter of islets of Langerhans andthe β-cell mass. Results There were a definite and large decrease in diarneter of β-cell mass and islets.Conclusions The results indicate that the growth and development of the fetal pancreas and β-cell massis effected by manifest diabetic pregnancy in the rat.更多还原
