【摘要】 研究贵州四民族胎儿宫内发育情况。方法：对汉、侗、布依、苗族中１３３５ 周正常胎儿及３６４１ 周正常新生儿共４０６０ 例测身长、体重、头围、胸围、腹围、上臂围、顶臀长、双顶径、足底长。１３３５ 周者加测右肱骨、股骨长。结果各族胎儿体格大小稍有差别，其共同规律为：身长、顶臀长、头围、双顶径２８ 周前增长快于２８ 周后。体重、腹围２６ 周后增长加快。３７ 周后各项指标增长减慢。各民族均有两次高峰增长期，分别在２６２８ 周（有顶臀长、体重、腹围增长快） 及３４３５ 周（ 有身长、体重、腹围、双顶径增长快，围产保健应掌握生长发育规律，加强高峰期监护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obijective:We investigated the increasing regulation of Guizhou Provincial four races/fetus. Method: Measured Han, Dong,Buyi and Miao racial normal fetus of the 13-35 gestational age grup and the 36-41 gestational weeks with normal birth, altogether 4060 cases. 9 neonatal development parameters such as crown-heel length, weight, head circumference, chest circumference, abdominal circumference, upper arms circumference, parameters, we measured two nore parameters occurring in the 13035 gestational age group:the right humerus length and the femur length. Results: Although the results of these races’ development parameters of fetus were different, the increasing regulation was the same. The growth of crown-heel length, crown-rump length,head circumference and biparietal diameter was faster before the 28 gestational week than after it. The growth of weight and abdominal circumference was accelerating after the 26 gestational week. After 37th gestational week, the growht of all parameters became slower. The four races’ featal developmen parameters had two number circumference were occurring between 26-28 gestational weeks. These were the first times’ growth peaks. The growth peaks of crown-heel length, weight, abominal circumference and biparietal diameter were occurring betwwen 34-35 gestational weeks. These were the mext growth peaks. Conclsion: When we do Perinatal monitor we should understand the increasing regulations of those races’ fetus and take more care of the two times’ growth peaks.更多还原
