【摘要】 为开展人白细胞介素Ⅱ（ＩＬ２）质粒基因修饰的肿瘤疫苗的研究，将经改造的人ＩＬ２ｃＤＮＡ与真核细胞表达ｐｃＤＮＡ３ 重组得到表达载体ｐｃＤＮＡ３／ＩＬ２，该质粒转化大肠杆菌后，小量抽提获得的质粒经酶切分析显示长约６８０ｂｐ 的目的ＤＮＡ（ＩＬ２）已插入到ｐｃＤＮＡ３载体中，说明成功构建了人白细胞介素ⅡｃＤＮＡ表达载体。更多还原

【Abstract】 To test the clinical feasibility of using the tumor vaccines for the treatment of hepatoma,human interleukin?2(IL?2)cDNA was inserted into mammlian cell expression vector pcDNA3,called pcDNA3/IL?2.After transforming the bacteria,the plasmids were digested with restiction enzyme (BamH I or BamH I and Hind Ⅲ).The result revealed that 680bp IL?2 cDNA was constructed into expression vector pcDNA3 as expected.更多还原
