喷射沉积Al5.5Cu/TiB2自生复合材料的界面结构

【摘要】 运用TEM 观察了铸态、喷射沉积态Al5 .5Cu/TiB2 复合材料中TiB2 与基体的界面结构,发现在铸态时TiB2 与α(Al) 之间存在的位向关系为[0332] TiB2 ∥[110] α(Al) ,(0111)TiB2 ∥(002) α(Al) , 而在沉积态时其位向关系为[0001] TiB2 ∥[111] α(Al) ,(1120)TiB2 ∥(220)α(Al) 。力学性能测试结果表明: 喷射沉积后的Al5 .5Cu/TiB2 自生复合材料的抗拉强度比铸态提高约50 MPa , 延伸率则提高500 % 左右,耐磨性能也有较大提高

【Abstract】 TEM was used to analyze the interface structure of Al 5.5Cu/TiB 2(20%) in situ composites produced by cast and spray deposition, respectively. Some relationships between TiB 2 and α (Al) were found. They are [0332] TiB 2 ∥[110] α (Al) , (0111) TiB 2 ∥(002) α (Al) (as cast), [0001] TiB 2 ∥[111] α (Al) , (1120) TiB 2 ∥(220) α (Al) (as deposition). It is proved based on mechanical properties test that the tensile strength of the materials produced by spray deposition is increased 50 MPa than that of the composites fabricated by casting, and the elongation of the materials is elevated about 5 times, meanwhile the wear resistance of the material is elevated a lot.
