汽车螺旋伞齿轮封闭模锻造成形的变形特性

【摘要】 根据分析判定的汽车从动轴螺旋伞齿轮模锻成形齿型的金属流动趋势设计并制造了预制坯和封闭模具, 在万能拉伸试验机上做了铅试件塑性成形试验, 测绘出压力行程曲线, 用网格实验揭示出不同剖面上的金属流动和齿型充满规律, 论述了螺旋伞齿轮封闭模锻造成形的变形特性

【Abstract】 According to the metal flow trend which is deduced from die forging process of bevel pinion of automotive output shaft, the preformed blanks and die have been designed and manufactured. Then, the force-displacement curves have been obtained by some plastic forming experiments of lead workpiece. The metal flow law and the tooth filling process at different sections have been described using network test. Finally, the deformation characteristics of spiral bevel gears during no-flash die forming have been discussed.
