【摘要】 目的： 探讨保妇康泡沫剂治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法： 对１９９８ 年１２ 月至１９９９ 年２ 月在门诊确诊为霉菌阴道炎的１２０ 例患者分别用保妇康泡沫剂（６０ 例） 和达克宁栓（６０ 例） 两种药物进行治疗，并定期随访。结果： 保妇康泡沫剂组随访５４ 例中， 治愈率和总有效率分别为８７ ．０ ～８８ ．９ ％ 和９４ ．４ ～９６ ．３ ％ ，达克宁组随访５２ 例中， 治愈率和总有效率分别为８４ ．６ ～８８ ．５ ％ 和９２ ．３ ～９４ ．２ ％ ， 两组比较无显著性差异， Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５ 。结论： 保妇康泡沫剂是治疗霉菌性阴道炎安全、有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 For evaluating the efficacy of Baofukang froth in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis, 60 patients with mycotic vaginitis were treated with Baofukang froth and another 60 with miconazoli nitras suppository as control from December 1998 to February 1999. All patients were followed up. Results showed that the cure rate and overall effective rate were 87.0% ～ 88.5% and 94.4% ～ 96.3% respectively in the 54 patients of Bafukang froth group,and 84.6%～88.5% and 92.3～94.2% respectively in the 52 patients of miconazoli nitras group.The difference between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusions:Baofukang froth is an effective drug for the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.更多还原
