【摘要】 用甲硝基亚硝胍加酒精建立大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎模型， 观察养胃冲剂对其胃粘膜组织病理学、前列腺素 Ｅ２ （ Ｐ Ｇ Ｅ２） 、生长抑素 （ Ｓ Ｓ） 、血浆胃动素 （ Ｍ Ｏ Ｔ） 的影响。结果造模大鼠经治疗胃粘膜光镜下 组织学明显改变， Ｐ Ｇ Ｅ２ 、 Ｓ Ｓ 水平升高， 与造模组对比， 有显著性 差异 （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ； 血 浆 Ｍ Ｏ Ｔ 浓度 无显著 性差异 （ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。说明养胃冲剂可调节胃肠道激素分泌， 起到保护胃粘膜、修复损伤胃粘膜的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Setting up rat model of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) by using Methylnitronitrosoguanidine(MNNG) and alcohol,to observe the effect of Yangwei Granule(YWG)on gastric mucosa,prostaglandin E 2(PGE 2),somatostatin(SS) and plasma Motilin(MOT).Results:YWG could alter the structure of gastric mucosa,increase the level of PGE 2 and SS as compared with the control group ,the difference being significant (P< 0.05), while that of MOT was not significant(P> 0.05). Conclusion:YWG can protect the gastric mucosa and repair its damage by regulating the secretion of gastrointestinal hormone.更多还原
