【摘要】 目的：探讨Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯类农药对豚鼠心血管功能的影响。方法：应用多导生理记录仪观察溴氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯急性中毒豚鼠心血管功能的变化。结果：溴氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯染毒后豚鼠出现血压升高、心肌收缩力加强、心率减慢。心电图表现为PR、QRS间期及Q－Tr延长，S－T段压低，T波加深及随时间变化的多种心律失常。结论：Ⅱ型拟除虫菊酯类农药可引起心血管功能紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of type Ⅱ pyrethroids on cardiovascular system of guinea pig.Methods: Changes in cardiovascular function were observed in guinea pig administrated with deltamethrin and fenvalerate,with physiological polygraph. Results: The increase of the blood pressure and the force of myocardial contraction, the decrement of heart rate, the prolongation of adjusted QT interval (Q-Tr) and PR interval, the low S-T stage, the deepening T wave and the appearance of the different types of arrhythmia during the different time course were found in deltamethrin and fenvalerate intoxicated guinea pig. Conclusion: Type Ⅱpyrethroids could influence cardiovascular function.更多还原
